Jobs are a major gameplay component within Minute Frontier.

Jobs are represented as a character that the player can move around with and use to fight enemy monsters and gain EXP. Leveling up a Job will increase Stats, as well as unlock Abilities. At the beginning of the game, 12 Jobs are unlocked and can be accessed by using a Temple, where new Jobs are unlocked after defeating bosses encountered during the quest.
